Your bugs look beautiful and the process sounds like so much fun! I’m not an artist but I’ve thought about maybe taking an amateur art class. This kind of thing would be right up my alley. Thanks for sharing!
For many years I made stained glass, bejeweled kaleidoscopes and boxes but, these days, I spend a lot of time riding my bike on the scenic trails in San Antonio and taking pictures of the flora and fauna in the changing seasons.
When we first got married, my husband and I took a stained glass course together where we learned the Tiffany method of copper foil. I was also taking Art Metals in college so the skills we learned were able to support us while he was doing his Architectural internship and taking the qualifying exams.

Thank you Serena! These are so easy and fun to make, I hope you try them sometime! 😊
As an amateur entomologist, I love your bright little bugs!
I have a black and white blouse with patterns all made up of bugs. But having one with your colored beetles would be awesome!
Your comment makes me so happy Gail! I'm glad you like them and your shirt sounds really cool!
I forgot to say how much I love your colorful bugs❣️ I have a caterpillarrarium where I hatch butterflies and moths 😎🐛🦋
Thank you Carmen! You must get to see so many amazing creatures!
Everyday is a new adventure ❣️ I wish I could share a picture here but I don’t see that option.

Stained glass is so beautiful! I've never attempted myself, it has always seemed a bit intimidating. How did you get into it?

That sounds really interesting. I've checked out some classes in stained glass and metal arts... on the future list for now!
I think I will!
